The most useful adoption data shows how much of the actual work is being done in the system, like the share of jobs run from digital procedures or the share of permits issued digitally, broken down by site and crew. Logins and user counts alone can look good while the real work still happens on paper.

Performance data should cover what the rollout was meant to improve, such as permit cycle time, procedure completion, deviations captured and time spent on admin, compared with a baseline from before the rollout. Reporting by site also makes it easy to see where support is needed and which sites can share what is working.
